One of my recent projects was leading the design and front-end development for CLOMR, a HIPAA-compliant healthcare SaaS CRM and mobile apps targeting a $13.7B market. I was hands-on from initial research and persona creation to information architecture, crafting user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that resonated with our target audience. I also developed an accessible, utility-first Figma design system based on Material Design, React, and React Native, ensuring UI consistency across platforms.
At Crunchyroll, I spearheaded a project aimed at enhancing the user experience for the diverse anime community. We focused on content discoverability and seamless streaming, creating a best-in-class 10-foot viewing experience. This involved deep user research, competitive benchmarking, feature requirements, and agile project management. The result was a state-of-the-art voice UI and tvOS player app that significantly enhanced Crunchyroll's living room streaming experience.
During my tenure at VMware, I led the design of B2B role-based experiences for a vast user base, driving significant revenue, reducing operating costs, and improving customer satisfaction scores. I was the only designer with developer access, allowing me to directly implement code changes.
At Docker, I played a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end B2B experiences, redefining brand communications, and launching a comprehensive sales enablement platform. My work had a direct impact on revenue and significantly enhanced user experiences.
I also co-founded a journalism startup in collaboration with seasoned professionals from ABC and NBC. This venture blossomed into an award-winning media agency, globally acclaimed for its innovative designs, groundbreaking storytelling, and cutting-edge technology.
